A. Single wall consists of one graphene layer rolled into a tube, Thus having a single wall. Double wall consists of two graphene layers rolled up, one within the other; Thus having two walls. Multi wall consists of many layers of graphene rolled one within another. Aligned nanotubes refer to the alignment of the individual nanotubes. Aligned nanotubes lie parallel to one another, all having the same alignment.
