Timesnano belongs to COCC. Timesnano began to prepare CNTs by natural gas catalytic decomposition in 1996, supported by Foundation of President of the Chinese Academy of Science, Knowledge Innovation Project of CAS, 863 Project, Major National Scientific Research Plan and so on. Timesnano has done a lot of work on CNTs synthesis and application, and a series of progresses has been obtained. Timesnano is one member of CNTs National Standards drafting. By the end of 2015, Timesnano applied for 43 patents with 15 authorized, and pulished more than 100 SCI papers.

Furthermore, Timesnano is the earlist member to realize CNTs industrial production in China and realize industrial application in China. Based on the core technology achievements of Timesnano, BTR Battery Material Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Nanotech Port Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Sanshun Zhongke New Material Co., Ltd and Sichuan Xingneng New Materials Co., Ltd were established.
With the expansion of research on carbon nanomaterial, Timesnano launched graphene products in 2011. Currently, the products of Timesnano include CNTs powder, CNTs paste, CNTs array, CNTs fiber, CNTs film, CNTs film adhesive tape, semi conductive SWCNTs, graphene, graphene film, graphene foam, graphene oxide，graphene nanoplatelets, fullerene and their related application products, such as conductive additives for lithium ion battery, CNTs conductive heating coating, CNTs thermal radiation coating, CNTs transparent static conductive coating, CNTs conductive fillers, CNTs functional masterbatches, CNTs epoxy composite, etc. At present, the production capacity of multi walled carbon nanotubes is 1000 tons / year. The production capacity of carbon nanotube paste is 2000 tons/year. The production capacity of high purity single wall carbon nanotube is 2 tons/year. The production capacity of grapheme is 30 tons/year. The production capacity of graphite nanoplatelet is 50 tons/year.
